COLLECTION DIARY MAY 2021

STAR WARS celebrates it's 44th Anniversary this week! 

To honor the event I made a very nice dinner and watched the original film in all of it's glory! Earlier this month I purchased the newest X-WING game and a squadron of wonderful new X-Wings! 

THIS IS THE WAY... to happiness for me.  💓🏆💫

I am going to be working on my DUNE Miniatures all Summer and will start showing large DUNE Faction Collection Diaries and new builds over the coming months! I am starting with my full collection of Snap Ships. The serious conosur of STAR WARS and DUNE is familiar with the relationship these universes have and that is partly why I am focusing on them now... it just feels right.

We are getting some nice new VANILLA (Rebel), STRAWBERRY (Scum), and CHOCOLATE (Empire) Ice Cream this Summer gang! Also Tomic Mess decided SEAFOOD goes great with ICE CREAM. I have to admit that crazy-ass-kraken looks cool....but I happen to love SPACE MONSTERS.

In the last video interviews that Alex Davy appeared in he told us that THE MANDALORIAN goodies would be coming to STAR WARS next year. Well it is "Next Year" now. I expect to see this NEW SCUM GLORY in all of the STAR WARS Games.

All of these ships look great. One of the good things about the prequels and sequels is that they accidentally made some cool new ships and had some great land and space battles. I am very happy to see that most of the badass ships have finally made it to this awesome game!

FFG previews the new XW2 TIE Fighter Advanced this week and it looks sweet! If you did not know some of the older pilots have been dropped and new pilots are now in the game. STAR WARS X-WING SECOND EDITION WAVE ONE SHIPPING NOW!

FFG is getting downright sneaky with these releases... and ... I love it! These Expansions must of been shipped on a jet-boat! They herald the transition from Ace Wing into wonderful (REAL STAR WARS) X-WING Second Edition! I consider these babies The FIRST XW2 Expansions... which they are, because XW1 is done... and good riddance too!

STAR WARS X-WING REBORN: SEPTEMBER 13 2018!

So it looks like we can officially start The X-WING 2 Party on September 13th 2018!!! This is written in granite and you can bet the unreliable car, rotting house, and that worthless ugly wife on it!

X-WING CHALLENGE MATCHES AT WC 2018 AND ANSWERS TO MANY QUESTIONS!

Watching all of the Challenge Matches stream yesterday on FFG's Live Twitch was very fun and confirmed for me that all of this NEW X-WING is just Magnificence!

The host answered many inquiries, including the very telling statement that questions asked about certain new ship sculpts have been unanswered to save some fun for the future releases and preview articles. I asked several times about movable foils on B-Wings for example... just saying... lol!

SPIOLER: The last match was very fun to watch! Two of my favorite ships in the whole game came right to the dead-zone yesterday... This is what X-WING was always supposed to be... YAH, and now it is... again. Thanks FFG!!! 😊😍⚠️

With info gleaned from the Twitcher, and this interview video... most intelligent people, especially Veteran Wingers should know all they need to know and are going to be very happy to convert to XW2!
