The NEW Fortress Miniatures exclusive dropship is here now for my Elite Troopers. I am going to use this baby to deploy them with their full complement of weapons and vehicles to reek havoc in the enemies weak points while the Steiner Ultra Mech Warriors keep them very busy on the front lines!

NEW BOBA FETT (DAIMYO) IS COMING IN EARLY 2023

This is a great looking new model. I am happy to see such a nice figure coming for classic Boba; which is how I am going to play him. This version uses the silly nice old fat man story to build rules around old man bubba. That ridiculous mouse-gurl-show version is an abomination and does not matter at all. I will be very happy to play the game with my house rules for The REAL BOBA FETT in the true Star Wars Universe.

THE MIDDLE-EARTH SBG PREORDERS ARE LIVE!

The Lord of the Rings Battle of Osgiliath Game is now available to pre-order, along with the armies of Gondor and Mordor. The classic Osgiliath ruins sets are both available again too, which for a new player like me is extra fun and cool!

I have loved JRRT for most of my life. I have played miniature games for over half my life. I never got into GW's LOTR games but now I am buying their MIDDLE-EARTH MINIATURES to celebrate Tolkien. It will be FUN!

I am pretty sure this one is real. The guys at SWLF are good people! It makes sense too because they already did a Luke Pilot figure. This one is a girl of course, and that fits AMG style as well. I am very concerned for that little Red R-5 unit head-first in the snow.

IS Standard Battle Armor

Who's been waiting for this one? More Battle Armor! Inner Sphere Standard this time to face off against the Elementals.

It's not the sexiest piece of armor, but it is in wide spread use and early tech so that all IS players can plausibly use them.

Even the most competent previous artwork for this BA by Matt Plog is 22 years old. Time really flies. With that I decided it was important that the suit look cool and functional before any hamstringing happens out of faithfulness to the old design.
I also wanted to work more of its Elemental BA salvage origins into the design. The proportions of the frame are much more similar (and more realistically fits a human). The lower legs and feet share more design language, the old brick legs had to go.
Even more than the Elemental armor, I think you can look at this concept and really see the man all that armor is strapped around.

I've no idea yet if this will be strictly a force pack item, or if there will be a stretch goal during the KS to also put it in the main Mercenary starter box of the campaign.

The Battletech channel BIG RED 40K just posted a nice little video on some of this news too!

I love this new DRD series of ADVANCED OMNI MECHS! I am using many of the STEEL RIFT MECHS already for my new COM STAR ARCHANGELS and now with this next hot new STEEL RIFT faction coming soon I am going to do the same thing for my beloved glorious HOUSE STEINER Heroes!

BATTLETECH'S ANTHONY SCROGGINS NEW WAVE TWO PREVIEW!

CGL lead for the NEW Era of BATTLETECH Anthony Scroggins has posted some clean images of forthcoming models for wave two of the modern product range. It is very nice to see a new era Tank... I hope they do some more Troops and Aerospace goodies.

AMG MINI EXTRAVAGANZA 2022 HIGHLIGHTS

This year was okay... they cut their own event short by previewing a lot of new stuff months ahead of the big deal. They also repackaged old models into army starters which are just okay and useless to veteran collectors of their products. IMO this is the best of the actual NEW Stuff this year... maybe it will be done better next year.
