COLLECTION DIARY: MAY 2022

 

I am getting all of my BLOVED STAR TREK FLEETS updated this year. 

I have finally researched the STOL ships and discovered that many of them are actually in scale for my BBA Models Collection. I am (of course) now getting these newer badass  models now because they are just wonderful.

STAR WARS has been a part of my life since I was a child. I have been inspired by it and entertained by this universe in a great many ways. I will not allow that to be destroyed or diminished in any way by anyone regardless of the current culture and idiotic fads of the day.

BOSS' BIG STAR TREK: NEW BOSS EMOTES PART 4

This NEW series is a spinoff of NEW FIGHTERS & SHUTTLES PART 1 

This little series is about The EMOTES. As many of my B6*R7 Fliers know I like to make Emotes for my own enjoyment and to use as icons to represent my Starship Collections. In the past several years I have made hundreds for STAR WARS and less than that for STAR TREK. I am in the mood again to make more of my little Starship Cartoons, and I am going to get Boss' BIG Star Trek up to date with my actual vast collection.

I am now working on a few dozen NEW wonderful character and crew emotes to go with all of my new ship emotes. I made over a hundred cool little figures for my STAR WARS Collection so I am going to do the same... finally... for my beloved STAR TREK Collection! Below are some comparison images of these new figures at their true size and a 200% enlargement so you can see the tiny details in my original illustrations. This is a lot of FUN!

SNAP SHIPS TACTICS GAME (Teaser)

It is funny to see SNAP SHIPS make a miniatures tabletop starship space battle game for their range. I got many of their kits to do the same thing for my ALIENS, DUNE, MARVEL COSMIC and STAR TREK ship models. Checkout the TACTICS GAME and have some extra fun.

BOSS SHOP: BOSS' STAR TREK MISSIONS - KLINGON FIGHTERS PART 1

The Disney Pixar Lightyear Hyperspeed Series XL-07 Spaceship is going to be a great little model to make a couple of cool Klingon Heavy Warp Fighters for my Star Trek Missions skirmish game!

I am very pleased that all of these ships in the new Buzz Hyperspeed Series have been accidently scaled to fit 28-32mm figures. Most 5 inch'ish sized craft will fit with the STAR TREK RPG figures in fact. See the Rommies below with the cool little Hallmark Scorpions, they are perfect.

It is such a joy in my nerd universe to have Demon-mouse I.P. Hoodwinkery continue to give me new goodies to buy for all of my STAR TREK games!  I am very pleased that half of the ships in the new Buzz film have been stolen from STAR TREK. Thanks Demon-mouse!

The WRATH OF KHAN and DS9 DOMINION WAR glory is real!

I have always loved the Refit Era ships! This was the time when we got the first Regula One Station too. I like her as a Science Laboratory or a Strategic Millinery base, and she is always a very cool and fun model in my book. Eaglemoss did a great job on this classic Star Trek model.

BOSS' BIG STAR TREK: NEW ROMULAN DREADNOUGHT - DRH'ZAXX CLASS WARBIRD PART 1

I am building some cool new ships for my ATTACK WING: Boss' BIG Approved Models  and my STAR TREK MISSIONS Skirmish Game Collections. First up is my new huge wonderful Zurg based DRH'ZAXX CLASS WARBIRD model for my BIG Attack Wing Romulans. STAR TREK ONLINE has many great looking ROMULAN SHIPS, and it is obvious to me that Zergies badass fighter has come from about three of them. I based some of my new ships abilities on the crazy-fun Temporal Ship. I am very happy about this new model and thus will also use this wonderful toy to build a Romulan Dropship for my STAR TREK MISSIONS Skirmish Game.
