COLLECTION DIARY: APRIL 2019

This month I decided that with all of the news of all of the new toys coming out for STAR WARS LEGION I had better get caught up on my collection. (Dam-dat ARES BSG SSB!)  I am almost embarrassed with my lateness in getting some of this stuff, like Han & Boba... 😂  But that new Battlestar Galactica game is just to sweet, so I went crazy and let Legion simmer.

I am happy that Fantasy Flight is showing that they are indeed serious about making this a great game... Go FFG GOooo!

Ares Games announced their second wave of Spaceship Packs today, go checkout the BSG SSB coolness! 

I am pretty sure now that Ares is going to be releasing two to three ship models (with plenty of variants for each) every quarter. That is a nice steady pace and will give us a solid game by years end... full of options and fun! That is all any of us can expect... "SO SAY WE ALL!"

STAR WARS CELEBRATION 2019 - NEW LEGION & X-WING MODELS - FFG PANEL - THE MANDALORIAN

A lot of great looking wonderful new toys have been previewed at Celebration, as normal, and that makes me happy! I am loving My STAR WARS AGAIN!

FFG made some fun announcements during this celebration, and many of us know them by now. However they snuck in a NICE X-WING EPIC Play announcement too! The shorty on it is that there is going to be a badass new kit with new improved bases, new formation templates, game paper, and everything else we need to play all five of The EPIC Ships coming later this year! I'll be all over this one My Space-babes! YAH!



Star Wars has been getting beat up over the last two years... but this CELEBRATION brings us confirmation that many rumored changes at Lucasfilm have been actual truths for a while now. The best one is that the stupid-ass-katty-gurl-club has been defanged and people who actually know what REAL STAR WARS is are now working on cool new projects. This means that The Mandalorian, and other forthcoming shows and films are going to repair the franchise and bring us back to good!
The Star Wars Channel has been busy today uploading several cool videos. The Mandalorian IS going to be GLORIOUS REAL STAR WARS... and that makes me very happy. All is healing and things will be great again in the future, once idiot episode 9 is gone with the rest of the recent SEQUEL TRAGEDY TRASH.

FFG ANNOUNCES IMPERIAL DEWBACK RIDERS AND THE SHORETROOPERS!

FFG announced the next two Legion Expansions this week for The Imperials! Checkout the Imperial Dewback Riders Unit Expansion in the Thunder Lizards article and the third Troopers Unit Expansion in the Quelling Rebellion article!

I Love ALL Of This!

I think the Shoretroopers are going to be a very solid new Troop choice for Imperial Armies!

The weekend had a lot of surprises and fun to watch Legion game streaming and for most of Fantasy Flight's STAR WARS Games! Checkout The Fifth Troopers excellent unboxing videos for the Rebel Land Speeder and Imperial Occupier which are both due to release later this month!
