COLLECTION DIARY: JULY 2022

I am pretty sure that most of you who love these Eaglemoss ships know that the company is in a whole lot of trouble financially, and they are closed for business as of this month's Diary.

I hope that Eaglemoss can continue. I recently purchased several of their ships that I had kept on my back-burner collection list for months. I now own almost all of them. You will be seeing them soon in other Diaries.

AMG MINI EXTRAVAGANZA 2022 - MCP! " S.H.I.E.L.D. vs. HYDRA" FULL GAME 😘

This season ended with another good CRISIS PROTOCOL Battle report. All of the cool NEW forthcoming S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA miniatures and the terrain is very nice. More people would actually watch these types of AMG videos if they made them as well as they do for these MARVEL EVENTS.

BOSS' BATTLETECH: TECH TURF - CITY BUILDINGS: INDUSTRIAL PART 1

As most of us understand how cities work I am of course continuing my CITY TECH layout with the Industrial sector of my city. These are the buildings located right next to factory and transit facilities, which are all situated outside of general population zones. 

I love how modular these building are. HARDWEAR STUDIOS is going to be getting a lot of my attention for the rest of the year. I have had my Nerd-eye on these cool models for awhile now and it is about time I got busy on building a few BATTLETECH Environments.

In scale city lamps are another thing I can have that makes me very happy... VERY Happy!

This is one of the songs that hotshot Mech Warriors play while working the hard job of being Heroic Protectors of The STEINER-LYRAN and FEDERATED COMMONWEALTHS' Cities!

EAGLEMOSS - HERO COLLECTOR 🌎🦅✨ IS IN TROUBLE

As of this month I am sad to say it is official... E-HC is having very serious facial troubles. I hope it can be resolved but they just refunded my money on two of ten recent purchases which they could not get back in stock. That is not good. These models had been listed as pre-orders when I made my purchases and I was more than happy to wait for them to be shipped later. Refunding my purchase price confirms for me now that this is real and serious! No one is going to be getting any models old or new from this excellent company until they settle their financial concerns. 

There are several articles and youtube videos on this E-HC situation if you want more details. There is still a chance the company can settle things while in administration. I hope it all works out for them and for us! The sci-fi and fantastic adventure nerd universe will be much darker without their light.

BOSS' BATTLETECH: FEDERATED COMMONWEALTH DROPSHIP & STRIKER LANCES PART 1

My STRIKER LANCES are a very cool part of my FEDCOM and they are going to be deployed by UNION-OVERLORD Dropships. I have posted a lot of Steiner and ComStar articles, but now that I have this nice DP model I am hyped to turn my assets to FEDCOM. My BATTLETECH: CITY TECH models will be used for FEDCOM & STEINER-LYRAN Battle Environments... which I am getting started this Summer.

BOSS' BATTLETECH: HOUSE STEINER 🤍⚡💙 INDOMITABLE WILL PAINTING EXERCISE

"The Steiner Fist shall rule the Inner Sphere!"

The first time I got in the mood to spend several hours doing a full edit practice painting for my beloved HOUSE STEINER Faction was very FUN! These exercises are works done to restore my rusty professional painting skill set. This new piece was more of a challenge and thus even more FUN to do. I just might be getting back to doing good art work soon, and at some point I will return to making all original art.

My B6*R7 friends appreciate that I have made hundreds of my little BOSS Emotes and paintings for STAR WARS; STAR TREK, and BATTLESTAR GALACTICA over the last ten years. That makes me happy, but my goal is to do actuale book cover worthy art... again.

Best believe I ordered this NEW TIMBER WOLF... it was just announced on the CGL site today and I ordered two of them a few minutes ago because... WOLF GLORY! Keep doing  cool projects gang!

First seen during the battle of Tukayyid, the -TC Timber Wolf offered the Clans a configuration unique to this legendary battle. 

This premium variant uses new modeling techniques being employed to update all BattleMech designs. It comes unassembled and unpainted, with posable arms in ball-and-joint sockets. The shoulder sockets will accommodate the arms of future premiums in the same weight class for the ultimate kit-bashing experience.

As most of us understand how cities work I am of course starting on the Administrative sector of my city first. These are the buildings situated between general population zones and the more advanced millinery, factory, and airport zone buildings.

The Federal Bank model is a fantastic larger counterpart to the Admin model.

BOSS' BIG STAR TREK: NEW BOSS EMOTES PART 6

 

This NEW series is a spinoff of NEW FIGHTERS & SHUTTLES PART 1 

This little series is about The EMOTES. As many of my B6*R7 Fliers know I like to make Emotes for my own enjoyment and to use as icons to represent my Starship Collections. In the past several years I have made hundreds for STAR WARS and less than that for STAR TREK. I am in the mood again to make more of my little Starship Cartoons, and I am going to get Boss' BIG Star Trek up to date with my actual vast collection.

The "goodguys" in STAR TREK... are inspired by our real life heroes. HAPPY VETERANS DAY!

I have always loved DS9 and it's featured classic (& NEW) ships! This was the time when we got the first REAL WAR Stories of STAR TREK! I like The DOMINION WAR storyline the most in all of this beloved Sci-Fi Universes stories. I hope you all can appreciate that honesty in our classic franchises and the great stories they produced for us all.
