COLLECTION DIARY: JUNE 2022

I have built a decent collection for my COM🌠STAR - ARCHANGEL⭐GUARD now. This Diary covers about half of what I own for both forces, and all of the Angel Glory introduced in my Special Forces PART 3 article.

My main COM🌠STAR force needed three BLACK 🤍💞🖤 KNIGHTS!

The AEROFORCE is 100% in the hanger now...

...and so are the SEEKER FORCES!

I have many COM🌠STAR Mechs scattered in CGL boxes and Etsy prints to organize yet...

About an hour ago I saw this wonderful preview at good ole DEATH RAY DESINS FBPage. It was love at first sight and I immediately did one of my FAST & FUN EDITS to be sure that I in fact need at least three of this badass big boys of death! I love this new DRD series of ADVANCED OMNI MECHS! I am using many of the STEEL RIFT MECHS already for my new COM STAR ARCHANGELS and now with this next hot new STEEL RIFT faction coming soon I am going to do the same thing for my beloved glorious HOUSE STEINER Heroes!

Death Ray Designs has been making some fantastic new ADVANCED OMNI MECHS this year and I am very happy to know that soon I will have some more goodies for my beloved #BATTLETECH #HouseSTEINER HEAVY DUTY SPECIAL FORCES! 🍷🤖🎩🤗 🤍⚡💙

BATTLETECH'S ANTHONY SCROGGINS NEW WAVE TWO PREVIEW!

CGL lead for the NEW Era of BATTLETECH Anthony Scroggins has posted some clean images of forthcoming models for wave two of the modern product range. It is very nice to see a new era Tank... I hope they do some more Troops and Aerospace goodies.

The DEATH RAY DESIGNS new STEEL RIFT range is a great collection of alternate Mechs and I and very happy to have them for my Com Star Archangels! I took another look at the whole range after posting AG Part 3, and decided that the Fennec also had a place in the army.

I am using the The Finder (renamed Fennec) to fill the role of a heavy troopers rapid assault team.

The Archangels use the best equipment available including the newer Archangel Mechs, OmniFighters, VTOLs, and specialized Tanks. The AG-Agents and their Troopers have an array of Battlesuits, Stealth Tech and powerful new weapons.

BOSS SHOP: UPDATED COSMIC TERRAIN PART 1

After years of playing cool ass STARSHIP BATTLES... I felt like it was time to get some old projects completed, and to add some all new galactic goodies to my terrain setup.

   I love these cool little planet and moon models.  

I decided to use cute little stackable bathroom storage canasters for their bases, which are sturdy, steady, and look great. The extra cool effect of these canister-bases is that their smokey black finish works perfectly on the table. and gives the planet-moon models the look of actually floating in deep (dark) space. If I want to put a model like these in a lighter sky I will use the clear version of these little canisters.

This article covers part one of the project. I will be getting other COSMIC TERRAIN models and related items and showing you many completed models that I have been working on... soon. 

Verity is the spice of life!

ALL of these NEW (to me) COSMIC GOODIES are in perfect order and just as described by their venders. You will find them at good ole Amazon... have FUN!

AMG MINI EXTRAVAGANZA 2022 HIGHLIGHTS

This year was okay... they cut their own event short by previewing a lot of new stuff months ahead of the big deal. They also repackaged old models into army starters which are just okay and useless to veteran collectors of their products. IMO this is the best of the actual NEW Stuff this year... maybe it will be done better next year.

 40 years ago we were blessed by STAR TREK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN which is of course one of the best Sci-Fi Adventure films ever made.

This film brings me so much fun and is a cool part of my games and hobby projects.

BOSS' BATTLETECH: TANKS PART 8

   As my regular B6*R7 Fliers know I plan stuff out as I buy the toys and such. I have been doing that for my renewed BATTLETECH babies for six fun months. Now that I have most of my MECHS, AEROSPACE, and TROOPS setup and just waiting for me to buy all of them.

It is the time for a UTILITY TANKS - VEHICLES episode!

BOSS' BIG STAR TREK: NEW BOSS EMOTES PART 5

This NEW series is a spinoff of NEW FIGHTERS & SHUTTLES PART 1 

This little series is about The EMOTES. As many of my B6*R7 Fliers know I like to make Emotes for my own enjoyment and to use as icons to represent my Starship Collections. In the past several years I have made hundreds for STAR WARS and less than that for STAR TREK. I am in the mood again to make more of my little Starship Cartoons, and I am going to get Boss' BIG Star Trek up to date with my actual vast collection.

The next best "goodguys" in STAR TREK... Continue your long and prosperous lives Vulcans!

I have always loved DS9 and it's featured classic (& NEW) ships! This was the time when we got the first REAL WAR Stories of STAR TREK! I like the fact that DS9 influenced The Enterprise series even more. I did not love ENTERPRISE but I sure loved the best parts of it. The Vulcan and Andorian stories and the frequent DS9'ish battles made the show watchable for me, and I loved all of that goodness. Shran and Soval are both in my top twenty list of all time favorite STAR TREK characters!
