COLLECTION DIARY: OCTOBER 2021

I am very happy to finally get my first wave of beloved BATTLETECH goodies!

I have dabbled with some 3DPrints in the past for my BBA Star Trek, and BSG EPIC games, but with B-Tech I am all in now. I am loving these badass prints... it is such a relief to know that I am not stuck waiting around for CGL releases to meander out.

 I am going to build faction based forces that only include models that I love. Can you imagine the utter mess it would be to collect six ATLAS say, for Muh STEINERS, or ten TIMBERWOLF for Muh WOLVES, (for the badass look of it and alternate configurations) with CGL as your only source? Hell-NAH!

The DEATH RAY DESINGS Solar Shift 6mm models are fantastic! I am going to buy almost all of this cool miniatures range for my version of BATTLETECH TOTAL WARFARE!

Ditto what I said above about DRD, the models produced by STRATO MINIS are fabulously B-TECH in general look and feel. Their StratoYager 6mm range is going to comprise nearly the entirety of my CLAN WOLF and JADE FALCON Aerospace Forces!

Muh MECH BABES need to rest in style after their hard battles... 🤖✨😘

HAPPY MARVEL KNIGHTS HOLLOWEEN... 🎃🖤💀🛒😴💤

I had planned to get a lot of cool stuff ready for MARVEL KNIGHTS this HALLOWEEN... but:

 I could post the cool BLADE Car and Werewolf and Vampire models I have gathered up, and the new city terrain but without BLADE and the rest of the crew I wanted for this project it is well... it ain't what I planned to do for this years CREEP GLORY.

BOSS' BATTLETECH: AEROSPACE FIGHTERS - CLAN WOLF

Now that I have my first star of CLAN WOLF MECHS planned I am prepping for the rest of the army. As a Wolf Commander I am going to run a good combination of Mechs. These glorious stars will need support. I have chosen to start with a few tanks and troops of course, and several Areospace fighters!

The series of AREO and OMNI Space Fighters are full of crazy craft...and I love several of them. For the purposes of my TOTAL WAR Battletech games I have decided to pick about a half dozen craft to populate my air and space battlefields. The designs are all similar, thus I quickly determined the best thing to do was to just get models that I like and look right for the B-TECH universe.

According to some of the history Clan Wolf often uses Jagatai, Avar and Chaeronea
 aerospace fighters. I like all of these craft and have chosen to use models that look like them and are cool to my taste and fit the B-Tech art.

BOSS' BATTLETECH: CLAN WOLF IS COMING

Now that I own some nice Battletech goodies this month and I know I do not have to fuss with the issues of dealing with Catalyst Games and actually collection Battletech I am very happy! I have found some great sellers and my first purchases have been just perfect. It is full steam ahead for buying Muh B-Tech Stuff! 🤗🛒🤖  I want certain mechs in multiples for all of my factions and I can do that now without being mech-blocked anymore. I'm not heating on CGL but I am not going to have a repeat of being very disappointed by a company that cannot supply their products (regardless of the reason) in the way that I reasonably expect them to. I hope Catalyst gets their issues solved. I will of course continue to buy specific game items from them in the future. 💞

I have continued improving my TECH-Lore and have decided CLAN WOLF is going to be my first CLAN Faction. I love the idea of playing badass TOTAL WAR pitched battles between my beloved Germanic Heroes and the ever prowling Ravening Wolves at their border!

I am expanding my glorious Inner Sphere collection to include The Federated Commonwealth...and ComStar because it is cool and I need more shades of red, white, blue, black and gold on my good-guy Mechs!

BOSS' BATTLETECH: AEROSPACE FIGHTERS - HOUSE STEINER

Now that I have my first lances of STEINER MECHS purchased I am prepping for the rest of the army. As a Steiner Commander I am going to run a lot of Assault and Heavy Mechs. These glorious lances will need support. I have chosen to start with a few tanks and troops of course, and several Areospace fighters!

BOSS' BATTLETECH: STEINER WEEKEND

I am finally getting some nice Battletech goodies in this month. As I wait for what I purchased this weekend I spent the evenings refreshing my TECH-Lore and have decided that HOUSE STEINER is going to be my first INNER SPHERE Faction.

I 💙 ASSAULT MECHS and thus House Steiner is just right up my alley. I am going to have a nice little army of everything to support them of course because Steiner got smarter as they evolved with the LYRAN COMMONWEALTH.
